Új fejezet / 2. szakasz / 65-66. nap

A sziveszteri bulit még ezen a napon is pihentem.
Délelőtt megittam 1.5 liter vizet és 1 liter gyümölcslevet.
Ebédre egy csöpp lencselevest ettem és sült húst, pici zöldséges rizst, amerikai káposztasalátát (alma, répa, képoszta, mustár, majonéz).
Az uzsonna két marék mandula-mazsola volt.
Vacsorára 4 szelet házi füstölt szalámit és 2 szelet sajtot ettem.
Délután elfogyott még 1 liter víz.
Edzés nem volt.

Robog az idő. Már tegnap elkezdtem összekészíteni a pakkomat, ugyanis hétfőn go Ausztria két hétre. Aztán ma minimalizáltam a dolgot: igyekszem a lehető legkevesebb dolgot kivinni, mert kint mindig kiderül, hogy ezt vagy azt nem is lett volna olyan fontos kicipelnem.

És mivel megyek, a hűtőt megint le kell olvasztani, meg kell egyem, jobban mondva azt kell ennem, ami még van itthon.

Reggeli: 1 szelet lenmag kenyér félbevágva, saját szilvalekvárral, kis lencsesaláta.

Ebéd: csirkés wrap (wrap, saláta, majonéz, mustár, pirított csirkemell csíkok), ebből 2 db-ot ettem.

Uzsonna: vegyes saláta csirkemell csíkokkal, tökmagolajjal, 2 db főtt tojással.

Vacsora: ugyanaz, mint a reggeli.

 
Még ma is iszonyatos izomlázam volt a szilveszteri táncmaratontól, de reggel azt mondtam magamnak: figyelj, kezdd el a bemelegítést, és valamicskét tornázz, aztán egy nagy nyújtás nagyon jót fog tenni! Tényleg nem volt ma kedvem felemelni a hátsómat, de hallgattam magamra: elkezdtem a bemelegítést, innen már ment tovább minden a maga útján.

- nyújtás (teljes test)

2013 transformation! 230 pounds to 154 pounds! In the before pictures my pants aren’t below my stomach like in the after. 14 more pounds until my ugw! 2013 was my year and I plan to make 2014 mine  too. Not only have I lost 76 pounds but I’ve become so much more outgoing. I’m not the quiet person in the corner all the time now.
Super excited for the new year.

Me again haha - I’ve posted before but so proud of where I’ve gotten to after 26 weeks of hard work! Looking back, I piled on the pounds during a difficult period of my life during which I turned to comfort eating to brighten my day without really realising.
I’m just working on maintenance at this stage, but I have no real urge to eat the way I did before (processed/refined stuff, pasta, pastries etc etc), and still live by the 8 hour diet with no dairy, wheat or gluten, which is definitely something I’d recommend to anyone stuck in a plateau (of which I had about four).
Thank you all, you’ve been inspiring

This is exactly one year since I began my weight loss journey.  For everyone who thought new years resolutions were impossible, I can assure you that’s not true.
I lost my weight by eating sensibly.  More whole foods: fruits, lean meats, and a lot of veggies.  I also allowed myself to eat junk food occasionally and in moderation.  I started out by exercising 3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time and found that I really love it.  Now I go 6 days a week for roughly an hour.
I’m not saying I was perfect, I messed up a lot, but I always picked up and moved on.
I’m not concerned with end weight, just where my body feels comfortable but I am hoping to get my current 28% body fat down to roughly 20%.  (I’m 5’10” by the way!)

I know it’s a different before and after but it’s important to me :) like so many people on here I had a successful weight loss before and after but I took it too far. I lost 10kg and went to drastic measures to try and lose more. I never want to be that person again.
In the left I am 66kg. In the right I am 67.5kg. I am 5’11” :)

I know it doesn’t sound like much but it has been a real struggle and I feel you can really see a difference, because I’m only 161 cm (5.28 ft). I eliminated a lot of dairy and refined sugars and did a lot more strength training (mainly Power Plate and TRX). I am following something similiar to the 5:2 diet and also try to IF within a day. I have a LOT of cheat meals and you can tell, but at least I keep my exercise consistent and never let things go too much out of hand. 
I want to lose another 5 kg (11 lbs) until my birthday in May 2014 and most importantly go down in body fat percentage. I hope that posting this will motivate me and keep me accountable.

The scale may keep doing the same thing but idc I can see a difference and that is all that matters to me I have all kinds of self confidence now that I can officially say I see a difference!!!

Right now I am currently at 206.6lbs as of this morning and still going. :) I did it all through cleaning up the way I ate - more lean/white meats and fish like chicken, tilapia, salmon, flounder, more fruits and veggies, and less junk food & no fast food/soda. I also started a kickboxing group - going 2-3 times a week. 
The last 2-3 weeks have been lacking for me - I have been maintaining my weight for a month now thankfully, but with the holidays comes lots of sweets and not so good foods, but I am still maintaining :). I also had the stomach flu for a week and lost 4lbs (easiest weight ever lost but not healthy!) but thankfully I gained it back and now can work on losing it the right way. 
I posted my facial progression a few weeks ago and figured I’d post a during progression of my body. Follow me on instagram @onmywaytofit29 for motivation, inspiration, and to track my journey!

Facial comparison: Summer 2011 (206) vs Summer 2013 (170). I started my journey Spring 2012; I’ve fluctuated around 170 for the past six months. Sometimes I get discouraged with where I’m at in terms of progress but looking back at where I was, I see I’ve come quite far. I still have a ways to go, but I’m excited for getting back on track!
